Oxford North – Phase 1

Large-Scale Developments | Commercial & Life Sciences | Oxfordshire

Richmond Ceramics was selected as the lead tiling contractor for Phase 1 of the Oxford North development, a flagship mixed-use scheme supporting Oxford’s growing innovation and life sciences sector. The project involved precision tiling across multiple buildings, delivered in partnership with a Tier 1 main contractor.

Project Scope

  • High-specification tiling in washrooms, kitchenettes, and utility areas
  • Multiple buildings completed in sequence, aligned to construction programme
  • Works carried out under strict CDM 2015 and site compliance protocols
  • Full quality assurance inspections at each handover stage

Materials & Installation

We installed large-format porcelain tiles, chosen for their durability, clean aesthetic, and ease of maintenance in commercial environments. Complex layouts were delivered to spec with tight tolerances across multiple floor levels and building cores.

Phased Delivery

Richmond Ceramics deployed an experienced on-site team with a dedicated supervisor, ensuring timely delivery across all plots. Phase 1 tiling was completed to programme, with materials managed via just-in-time delivery to suit tight logistics and site constraints.
