External Terrace
Richmond Ceramics completed 106 m² of slate-effect porcelain tiles installed on a pedestal system for the building’s exterior terrace.
This approach provides superior drainage, stability and long-term durability.
The result is a highly functional terrace designed to elevate the entrance zone and reflect the high standards Richmond Ceramics bring to large-scale commercial settings.
Internal Tiling
The internal works include 218 m² of precision floor tiling and 440 m² of expertly installed wall tiling across multiple rooms and corridors.
Only a small number of rooms remain before final handover, a testament to the project’s smooth progress and consistent delivery against schedule.
